Last weekend was Aunt Beth's baby shower! The above picture is of Aunt Beth (the pregnant one in the middle) and the two Grandmas. It's hard to believe that "baby cousin" will be here so soon. We had lots of fun getting ready for the shower and celebrating the upcoming arrival of our newest family member.
On Friday, Avery was very helpful in the kitchen while mommy baked, frosted and decorated.
Saturday was the day of the shower and it was a perfect day! The shower was at Elizabeth's sister, Allison's house. Lots of ladies (and even a few gentlemen) from church came to celebrate with us. Aunt Beth was blessed with lots of wonderful gifts and is ready to welcome her little girl home. We're so excited for her arrival.
We are continuing to pray for safe and healthy last weeks of pregnancy and for a smooth labor and delivery. Avery thinks Aunt Beth and Uncle Jonathan are going to be an amazing mommy and daddy!
