My hubby travels for work. A lot. Sometimes it really stinks. Ok. A lot of times it really stinks. But two weeks ago he traveled to Louisville, KY to run sound for a youth event. 6000 teens from USA/Canada. Speakers. Concerts. It was an event that my older brother, Jonathan, was the project manager of. So the girls and I (along with the superhero help of my amazing mom) flew to Kentucky over the weekend to see daddy at work.
This was Riley's first trip on an airplane, so coordinating outfits for the sisters was a must!
It was a long day.

Naps were taken whenever and wherever necessary.

I have a hard time sometimes describing for people what Braxton's job is. A lot of times I say something like, "He's a sound engineer. He 'does the sound' for events - concerts, shows, corporate events..." And people will ask, "So, is he like a DJ?" Well, take a look. No. He's not a DJ...He's amazing. Really talented. So proud. You can't tell from this picture, but it sounded great!

And Uncle Jonathan put so much hard work into the production for this event. We're really proud of him, too. :)
Daddy may have a done a little too good of a job, though. Ear protection for my little ladies' ears was a must! :)
Grateful for the chance to be a part of Braxton's work and share in this part of his life that we usually only hear about...no pun intended :)
