Celebrate!

We celebrated the big 3rd birthday this weekend with a party at the pool. After two days of lots of rain and thunderstorms, momma was starting to get a bit nervous about the weather. Fortunately, we lucked out and it was a PERFECT night!

Avery was SO excited for her party! She'd been waiting for weeks for this day and it was finally here!

Many special friends and family were able to celebrate with us. We had invited about 70 people to this birthday bash, but with traveling and other activities going on only about half of those were able to attend, but we still had lots of fun!

Looking back at the pics of the night, I wished I'd spent more time with the camera, but there was just too much fun to be had! Here are some of the highlights.

What fun!

Avery's funny quote about the party...We'd been talking about her friends who would be celebrating with us and I kept saying, "A lot of your good friends will be at your party!" Then one day, Uncle Stephen asked Avery who would be at her party and she quickly replied, "Not my bad friends, just the good ones!"
