so I try to make the most of the hour with my oldest! On this beautiful day, we spent our time together with bubbles, side walk chalk and watering the flowers!
It doesn't happen everyday. Laundry, cooking dinner, taking a shower...these things are important too, but I try to get some time in there with just Avery as often as I can.
She's just so fun. So spunky. So cute.
And she's growing up so fast! She drew her first "person" on this particular day. See it!? Too cute!
There's definitely a lot of challenges that come with having a 2 almost 3 year old. Goodness, can she melt down like a switch was flipped!? And she's developing quite the "teenager" attitude. The other day I asked her to pick something up and she responded with, "I can't hear you!" Yikes...parenting can be exhausting and so draining! Thank goodness for so many moments of sweetness and laughter to make those difficult moments bearable.

Sweet Avery...wish the teenage attitude went away, but unfortunately, I think the 2 year old teenage attitude is just the beginning. :)
